About Prof. Dr. Martin Grothe

Prof. Dr. Martin Grothe is the CEO of the complexium GmbH und honorary professor at the Universität der Künste in Berlin. He is Chairman of the Deutsches Competitive Intelligence Forums dcif e.V., Member of the Quality Employer Branding Queb e.V., the dotBERLIN-Initiative, und lecturer at the Institute for Competitive Intelligence ICI. Prof. Dr. Grothe founded the complexium GmbH in 2004. Together with his team, he supports companies for a better understanding of the digital communication platforms, e.g. weblogs, forums and social networks. complexium’s products and services combine network analysis as well as computer-linguistic and semantic methods. To date, many projects on the fields of marketing, communication and employer branding for well-known international companies were led by Prof. Dr. Grothe and his team. He studied at the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung in Coblence. His newest publication is dated April 2013 and deals with “Social Media & Controlling – Die Rolle des Controllers auf dem Weg in ein neues Unternehmenszeitalter”.
